The thing on the car door is the Black Sun symbol, another sign, like the Wolfsangel, much used by Ukranazis. It’s far too much of a pain to draw so I just pasted it in.
The last two panels are based on a video of an Azov Nazi stoppiung civilians from fleeing Mariupol before the Russian advance.
